WILL I GET TO SEE A PROOF OF MY PERSONALIZED STAMP BEFORE IT IS MADE?

Yes. For all personalized stamps, a digital proof will be emailed to you within 2 business days. An approved proof is required in order to send your stamp to production.

CAN I CHANGE DESIGNS IF I DONT LIKE THE PROOF?

Of course! You can swap to a different design, additional fees may apply if you want to go with a self inking stamp, but originally purchased a wood handle stamp.

WHAT IF I CHANGE DESIGNS AND STILL DONT LIKE IT?

In the very rare case this happens, I can cancel the order, minus a $5 design fee.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A PROOF OF MY STAMP VIA EMAIL!

Please check your spam folder, occasionally emails do end up in there. Otherwise send me an email and I will be happy to resend your digital proof to you for your approval.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Personalized items will receive a digital proof for your approval within 2 business days. You will need to approve the proof before your custom stamp is made. Please allow 3-5 business days from the approval of your stamp design for production of your new custom stamp.

If your order does not contain any personalized or custom items, your order will ship within 2-3 days.

All orders ship via first class mail, unless another option is selected at the time of checkout.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes! I love creating stamps and stationery for international addresses. Please note you will be responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duty or related tariffs that may be imposed by your postal service and government for incoming mail to your country. International transit time does vary, and can take 2-6 weeks for delivery.

Shipping can take longer to Germany and Italy due to delays caused by strict customs enforcement.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

• Non-personalized orders:
Unused & unopened orders may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of you receiving the item. Once I receive the returned items a refund or exchange will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. This does not apply for personalized orders.

• For personalized orders:
Any personalized or custom order that is canceled after a proof has been sent and before final proof approval, $7 design fee will be withheld per stamp. Personalized orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. Once you approve the final proof and your order is placed into production, I can not accept any returns due to spelling, grammatically errors, etc. By approving the final proof you accept responsibility for the information & layout as shown in the final proof. If any error is discovered after you approve the proof, a reprint fee will need to be charged.

I stand by my work, if an error or mistake has been made by myself or there is a production flaw I will gladly fix the problem and reprint your stamp free of charge.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING OR GIFT NOTES?

DO YOU TAKE ON CUSTOM ORDERS FOR INVITATIONS & STATIONERY?

DO YOU COLLECT SALES TAX?

All Massachusetts orders will be charged the state sales tax rate of 6.25%

WHAT TYPE OF FILES DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can upload photos in the following formats: jpeg, zip file and tiffs. For the best card possible, we recommend photos be high resolution (300 dpi, printed up to a 5x7 card)

IS THERE A SIZE LIMIT FOR PHOTOS?

Please limit your file sizes to 10MB. If you need to send a larger file, Please email the file along with your order number to jen [at!] chattypress.com

HOW DO I PROVIDE YOU A PHOTO?

You can upload your photo, on the card product page, where you will choose your quantity, and personalization. Or you can email it to us, along with your order number.

I DON"T HAVE A PHOTO YET, CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Not a problem! Please note at checkout, that you or your photographer will be emailing a photo to us.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME?

Photo card proofs will be emailed back to the individual who places via the email address used at checkout within within 36 hours. Additional proofs, if necessary, will be emailed within 24 hours. Traditionally printed photo cards, please allow 2-3 business days for your cards to be printed and shipped. Foil Holiday Cards, please allow 6-7 business days for your cards to be printed and shipped.

CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?

Express Shipping options are available. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate a rush order for holiday cards as an additional rush fee will apply.

ARE MY PHOTOS SAFE?

Totally! We will not share your final holiday card with our your express permission. Photographs that you upload will only be used to complete your card.

CAN YOU EDIT MY PHOTO FOR ME?

We will crop, rotate or resize your photo to get the best looking holiday card for you and your family! If you need additional editing, please email us for a quote.

WHAT KIND OF PHOTO SHOULD I SEND FOR CUSTOM BOOKPLATES?

PHOTO TIPS!

  1. Have your model stand against a plain colored backdrop (white is preferred) in a profile position (so they are standing with their side against the wall)
  2. Make sure their hair is styled in the way you would like the silhouette to appear. For girls with long hair - a ponytail or bun is best so their neckline is visible.
  3. Let your model look as relaxed as possible. Lips together, slight smile is okay!
  4. When taking the photo, make sure the camera is at the same height as the models eye level. Don't shoot from above or below.
  5. Feel free to send more than one photo and I can choose the best.

IS MY INFORMATION SAFE?

Any Information collected during your visit will be used by the chatty press for the services requested, or to contact you reguarding your order. We do not display personalized orders without your consent. Transactions on our site are secure and your credit card information is never stored. We may also use trusted third party services to measure advertising effectiveness. Read our full privacy policy.
